Yoga is an ancient form which consists of breathing and exercises.People all over the world practise yoga.It is immensely beneficial not just for the body but for the mind and also fulfils the soul.

How Does Yoga Help
Imagine you had a hard day in office and the traffic jams have added to the score. Tired people can end their day with asana to stretch to the body, this would help in calming their body and also provide the much needed relaxation after a long hustling day .Once the body has relaxed the mind surely calms down making space to do some deep breathing which would help clear the mind chattering.
Inversely you can begin your day with yogic exercises and breathing to help you kick start and help you lead a balanced day ahead. for e.g if you are in a job which is highly demanding and requires you to attend meetings all day long then with regular yoga practise you can get over anxiety and overwhelm.You can also practise breathing while at work or any situation where you feel stressed out.
From both the above examples you can see how regular practise can help you rejuvenate and relax.
The best part of this ancient practise is it does not need any equipment .It can be done anywhere and is very easy to learn.You start with learning basics that include standing, sitting, sleeping posture. Then there are intermediate to advanced poses. You can also create your own sequences or flows.
Yoga suits all age groups also it does not need any extra space or equipment. It is essential for spine as well as you age.Just the body weight and there you are going deep within you and discovering yourself anew.For those who find the poses difficult there are props in the form of ropes or belts which are easily available. I particularly found Tara Stiles, Yogea and Leslie Fight Master, Yoga with Adriene very interesting.They have evolved their yoga practises such that even watching them inspires you to follow along.They have sequences for stress, pregnancy, balance ,thyroid to name a few.

Yoga is as simple as nature, it can help us with day to day life and also with complex problems ranging from health to mental stress.
This ancient form has survived through time and remains timeless.
