How to Choose a Therapy

So there are so many therapies in the world !
There is aroma, crystals, reiki and so much more.
How do you know which one suits you.
If you know your VAK modality(previous article) choose your therapy accordingly.
e.g if you are a visual person who remembers by seeing pictures and diagrams then use visualization or tratak.
if the smell of roses reminds you of your grandmother's perfume or the burning incense reminds you of your childhood then choose aroma therapy.
Likewise if hugging soothes you then you could make a career out of massage therapy :)
Simple things make life uncomplicated.
